These terms apply to use of our store and purchases from it. Our shipping policy and return and refund policy describe delivery and after-sales arrangements. Our privacy policy explains personal information processing.

Using the store

Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact, delivery and payment information. Do not misuse customer accounts, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the store or submit fraudulent orders. Keep your account credentials confidential and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

Product descriptions and kit contents

Check the selected model, material, included-items list, dimensions and compatibility information before purchasing. The selected product's description and included-items list identify what is supplied. Lifestyle or styled photographs may show props or separately sold accessories; an item is included only when identified as part of the selected kit. Screen settings can affect displayed colours, but this does not excuse supplying an item that differs materially from its description.

Do not assume that bands, magazines, release aids or other components are interchangeable between models. Contact us if compatibility or kit contents are unclear. We may update information for future orders; an update does not retrospectively change the terms of an existing accepted order.

Prices, payment and orders

The checkout shows the final amount and payment currency before you pay. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Submitting an order is an offer to purchase; an order acknowledgement confirms receipt of that offer and is not, by itself, a guarantee of availability or dispatch.

If an availability, pricing, payment or delivery issue requires clarification, we will contact you. We will not substitute a materially different item or charge a higher amount without your agreement. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify you and refund any payment collected for the cancelled order. Nothing in these terms permits cancellation contrary to applicable law.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

We currently serve eligible U.S. and Canadian destinations under our shipping policy. You may request a full-refund cancellation before dispatch. Return requests may be made within 14 calendar days after delivery, subject to the conditions and protections in our return and refund policy. Contact support before posting a return; our business correspondence address is not a general returns depot.

Safety and lawful use

Our slingshot products are intended for adult target practice, not as children's toys. Buyers and users must be at least 18 years old and meet any higher age requirement that applies locally. Follow the instructions supplied with the product, use suitable protective eyewear, inspect components for wear or damage and use a safe target area with an appropriate backstop. Never aim at people or animals or use a product to threaten, injure or unlawfully damage property.

Confirm that the selected product can lawfully be purchased, imported, possessed and used at your location. Do not use incompatible components or continue using damaged equipment. These safety requirements do not exclude our responsibility for defective products or any non-excludable legal duty.

Website content and external services

Our website content, photographs and branding are owned by us or used under permission from their rights holders. Purchasing a product does not grant rights to reproduce our commercial content or branding. External websites and services have their own terms and privacy notices; linking to them does not make them part of AutoFlyn.

Problems, complaints and consumer protections

If something goes wrong, email support@autoflyn.com with your order number and an explanation so we can review it. These terms do not exclude or limit mandatory consumer rights, remedies or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where a mandatory local rule conflicts with a term here, that rule takes priority.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms for future use of the store and future orders. The updated date will appear above. Changes do not reduce the rights attached to an existing order, and we will provide any notice required by law.
