Shipping and delivery policy

Where we ship

We currently accept orders for delivery to the United States and Canada. If an address cannot be served, the order cannot be completed at checkout or support will contact the customer before dispatch.

Processing and estimated transit

Orders are fulfilled from the warehouse assigned to the relevant SKU. Estimated processing is 1–3 business days for U.S. orders and 3–5 business days for Canadian orders. After dispatch, estimated transit is 7–9 business days in the continental United States and 9–11 business days in Canada. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates; remote areas, customs, carrier disruption and address issues may require additional time.

Shipping charges, duties and tracking

Standard shipping, applicable import duties and taxes are included in the order total for eligible U.S. and Canadian destinations. Customers should not be asked to pay standard delivery charges or ordinary import duties at delivery. Tracking details are sent by email after dispatch where tracking is available. Any exception shown at checkout controls for that order.

Address and legal restrictions

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate, deliverable address and for confirming that a product may be legally imported, possessed and used at the destination. We may cancel an order that cannot lawfully or safely be fulfilled.
