Store use and product information

Customers must use the site lawfully and provide accurate order information. Product descriptions, compatibility notes, prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. Images are illustrative unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

Orders, cancellations and payment

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may need to verify availability, pricing, payment or delivery details before accepting and fulfilling it. An order may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch. Final payment, tax and currency terms are shown at checkout.

Safety and local requirements

Customers are responsible for checking whether a product may be purchased, imported, possessed and used at their location, and for following all applicable rules and safe-use instructions. Products must not be used unlawfully or to threaten, harm or damage people, animals or property.

Consumer protections and contact
